🕒 How long does delivery take?

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. The estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days, depending on your location and the courier service (India Post, Delhivery, or Expressbees).

💸 Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

No, we do not offer Cash on Delivery at this time. All payments must be completed online through our secure payment gateway, Razorpay.

🔁 How can I return or exchange a product?

We accept return or exchange requests within 1 day of receiving the product. To initiate a return, contact our support team at 9433646078 and we’ll arrange a pickup.
Note: Returns requested beyond 1 day will not be accepted.

🚫 What items are non-returnable?

The following items are non-returnable:

• Event Passes (e.g., for Pen Shows)
• Customized or special order products (if applicable)
